Gavin Brown e-mail Gavin
Prayer Chain Coordinator, EM
Gavin Brown is a long-time resident of Durham, after a nomadic childhood. He lives with one of his brothers. A number of family members also live in Durham. After a life filled with indecision and hesitation he is starting to discern what he wants to do in life, and is preparing
to graduate from University for the first time. His plans are to take a semester or a year off
to pursue various job and internship opportunities. After a long period of resisting the call of the Lord, Gavin has finally responded to it, and is discerning whether or not he wants to
teach religion and/or theology, be a priest, deacon, or brother, or work in the church in a lay ministry context. Gavin is also considering future careers in psychology/neuroscience and law. This all seems like a great deal, but he has considerably narrowed the field from what it was before.
